Hanaseru Pharmacy, Our Partner Pharmacy
For medicines other than Mounjaro and Wegovy, you can choose Hanaseru Pharmacy in Tokyo. An English-speaking pharmacist explains your medicine online, and the pharmacy delivers it to your address in Japan.
About the Pharmacy
- Hanaseru Pharmacy is a pharmacy in Shibuya, Tokyo, that offers online medication counselling and delivery. It is our partner pharmacy for English-speaking patients.
- An English-speaking pharmacist explains your medicine in a short online session.
- The pharmacy delivers to addresses in Japan only, including hotels.
- You pay the pharmacy directly. This payment is separate from our consultation fee and does not go through Ikegawa Clinic.
How It Works
- 1
Choose Hanaseru Pharmacy when you book
In step 1 of the booking form, choose "Something else" for your medicine, then choose "Hanaseru Pharmacy" under "Where would you like to get your medicine?".
- 2
Video consultation with our doctor
The doctor decides what is medically appropriate. Asking for a medicine does not guarantee a prescription.
- 3
We send your prescription to the pharmacy
If the doctor prescribes medicine, we send the prescription to Hanaseru Pharmacy after your consultation.
- 4
The pharmacy contacts you
They send you a link by email or WhatsApp. An English-speaking pharmacist explains the medicine in a short online session, and you register a card for payment.
- 5
Delivery to your address in Japan
For a hotel, write the hotel name, your room number and your name, and please check with your hotel that the front desk can accept mail or a package for you. Nekopos and regular parcels may not arrive the next day. If you need the medicine quickly, ask the pharmacy about express or same-day delivery.

These fees are paid to the pharmacy. Our consultation fee is separate (see Pricing).

Prefer a Pharmacy Near You?
In the booking form you can also choose "Another pharmacy near you". You can find a pharmacy near where you are staying in Japan, either by using your current location or by searching for its name, and choose it from the list. Before your consultation, please check with the pharmacy (visit or call) whether they can fill a self-pay prescription that a clinic sends by fax after an online consultation, and when you can collect the medicine. See Using a Pharmacy Near You for how to check, with a short message in Japanese that you can show to the pharmacy staff. If the doctor prescribes medicine, we fax the prescription to that pharmacy after your consultation and send the original by post.
We cannot guarantee that the pharmacy can help you in English. The pharmacy sets its own fees, and you pay the pharmacy directly. If the pharmacy is not in the list, you can type its name in the booking form or send it to us on WhatsApp or LINE before your consultation.
Good to Know
- Mounjaro and Wegovy are dispensed and shipped by our clinic, not by the pharmacy (see Pricing).
- We cannot prescribe narcotics or psychotropic drugs.
- Medicine can only be delivered to an address in Japan. Neither we nor the pharmacy can ship abroad.
- This is a self-pay service and is not covered by Japanese public health insurance.
