英語の診察の再診料の変更について
（2026年12月1日〜）

2026年10月24日より前に受診された方で、現在マンジャロ・ウゴービの再診の診察料をいただいていない方は、この取り扱いを2026年11月30日の受診までといたします。

2026年12月1日以降の受診は、当院からマンジャロ・ウゴービをお出しする英語の診察の再診について、すべての方に次の診察料をお願いいたします。

  • 前回の受診から3か月以内の再診：2,200円（税込）。3か月後の同じ日付までです（たとえば9月10日の受診の後は12月10日まで）。その日付が無い月は、その月の末日までです。
  • 3か月を超えた再診：5,500円（税込）。初診の方と同じ診察料です。

2026年11月1日までにご予約いただいた12月1日以降の再診は、これまでの取り扱いの対象の方であれば、ご予約の時点の取り扱いのとおり診察料をいただきません。2026年11月1日より後にご予約いただく12月1日以降の再診は、新しい診察料となります。

提携薬局からお出しするお薬だけの診察（初診 11,000円・再診 5,500円）は変わりません。

英文診断書の料金も2026年12月1日から変わります。英文診断書は、ご予約のお申し込みの日で取り扱いが決まります。詳しくは英文診断書の料金の変更のお知らせをご覧ください。

English: Change to follow-up consultation fees from 1 December 2026

If you currently qualify for free Mounjaro / Wegovy follow-up consultations under our existing policy for patients who had consultations before 24 October 2026, this exemption will end with consultations on 30 November 2026.

For consultations on or after 1 December 2026, English-language follow-up consultations that include Mounjaro or Wegovy dispensed by our clinic are charged as follows for everyone:

  • Within three calendar months of your previous consultation: ¥2,200 (tax included). The three months run up to and including the same date three months later (for example, from 10 September to 10 December); if that date does not exist in that month, they end on the last day of that month.
  • After a longer gap: ¥5,500 (tax included), the same as the first-visit fee.

If you booked a follow-up for 1 December 2026 or later on or before 1 November 2026 and you qualify for free follow-ups under the existing policy, that booking keeps the existing policy (no consultation fee). Follow-ups for 1 December 2026 or later that are booked after 1 November 2026 are charged at the new fees.

Fees for consultations with other prescriptions only (¥11,000 for a first visit, ¥5,500 for a follow-up) do not change.
